Alarm clock goes off, our eyes open and there we are, a brand new day. On a good day the first thought should be related to the blessings about having this opportunity - but nah, there is a HUGE chance we are thinking about the list of things we need to do as well as the list of the things we didn't do. Relax. Breathe.
Picture this, 24 hours in a day. 6 to 8 of these hours are dedicated to sleep. Another 6 to 10 hours dedicated to work and then you have about 6 hours left. 6 hours that are either already booked or tossed out the window as you enjoy your favorite program or catch up on social media. Sis, let's re-think this.

Dr.'s appointments, meetings, gatherings, happy hour's, all of these things usually are set at a particular time. A particular time that requires you to 1. show up, and 2. show up on time. I feel quite confident in saying, I am sure you get that done (and if you don't stay tuned, I have something for you too).
Going forward I want you to make appointments with yourself. Add it to your planner. Load up your calendar! Invite friends if you need some of that accountability. Just do it. When that appointment is set, show up. Show up for YOU. Be on time and show up prepared! Try to do this for a complete 7 days, a consistent 7 days. Now this appointment can be anything you want it to be. Just set it up and show up. Watch time slow down just for you.
Juicy Yogi, You're welcome.
