What are you reading?

Who has time to sit and read? My friend, you do!

Now let's think about the last time we sat down with a good book? Been a while huh? No worries, for the remainder of the year I am going to share some of my favorite reads! Until then, let's talk about the intent here.

Reading brings us some very necessary mental stimulation, it expands our vocabulary, makes us better writers, and can leave us with some pretty strong analytical thinking skills. Now who doesn't want some if not ALL of this?

As we move into the cooler months let's browse our in home library, check out a book at your local library, or find something for FREE99 online. I enjoy readprint.com as my free book resource since they have a decent selection and the layout is easy on the eyes.

Regardless of the route you decide to take, make the effort to take time out for your mental health! This session doesn't have to take all night long either, go on and set a goal. Your goal can be what ever you make it. Some days I want to make sure I at least read 10 pages or spend 30 minutes in the reading space. No matter how you do it, just get it done.
