Welcome to your Truth Teller Center — your throat chakra.
This is the energy center that says:“I honor my voice. I express myself freely. My words have power.”
When this chakra is flowing? You speak your truth clearly. You ask for what you need. You share your gifts. You say NO when it’s a no, and YES when it’s a yes.
When it’s blocked? You stay silent when you need to speak. You fear judgment. You people-please. You suppress what’s really on your heart.
What is the Truth Teller Center?
Your throat chakra, Vishuddha, is your fifth chakra, the space of communication, truth, expression, and authenticity.
When this center is balanced, you feel free to be who you are, fully and unapologetically. You stop dimming. You stop shrinking. You start owning your space and your voice.
